Guideline 

On Entry Process To Korea

Note : Please contact your local embassy to check the requirements and documents needed.
In order to provide you with an invitation letter, we must receive all necessary documents. The Korean government will not notarize documents that are not clear, and we cannot afford to go back and forth for unresolved issues.
We are also working with limited resources. Therefore, please check with your local embassy for information on obtaining a Korean Visa.

Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA)

K-ETA is mandatory for nationals from visa-free entry countries who enter Korea without a visa. 
You should apply for the K-ETA at least 
72 hours prior to boarding the flight bound for the Republic of Korea. 
You can apply for K-ETA website (www.k-eta.go.kr) or mobile app (K-ETA).

If your country is not on the list or
one of the temporary suspension countries of Visa-waiver or Visa-free Entry Program, 
you must apply for the Visa in advance.

How to apply

Application must be summitted by the sponsor (Team FET) on behalf of the applicant.

So, we, the team FET, need the forms filled out and payment made from applicants to proceed furthermore.

After Team FET receive email with all the required documentation, we will start process. Due to program issue, the payment page will open later.


We will give notice for those who sent the email first.

Please understand that the charge will be $100 and we might ask for extra charge depends on Athletes condition related to this matter.

Note that the official invitation letter process start ONLY for 
those who have completed payment.
